Try our reformers and fuse ladders in small groups, and see why our members love working out with us!  We'll introduce you to the equipment, show you what Pilates is all about, and have you ready and excited to join our group classes!  Discounted offers on memberships will be offered to those who wish to sign up at the end of class.

FAQ

 

What should I wear?:

Yoga pants or sweatpants, shorts MUST have bike shorts or similar underneath.  

What should I bring?: 

We recommend a water bottle and grippy socks, but bare feet are also totally fine! 

Where are you located?: 

We're at the corner of Main and Gregory, in Waldo, across the street from the Holly Day Spa and in the same building as SERC. 

Where do I park?: 

In the lot to the east of the building.  Enter through the double doors from the parking lot and find us on the third floor!  

What if I love it?: 

We'll offer some discounts on memberships at the end of class, so you can get started on your Pilates journey right away.
